About this workshop

Change Navigators helps teams understand the human side of change. Through interactive exercises and proven frameworks, participants learn to recognise resistance patterns, support themselves and others through transitions, and maintain momentum when things feel uncertain.

This isn't change management theory—it's practical tools for the messy reality of organisational transformation.

What participants will learn

  • Why resistance is normal—and what it's really telling you
