Practical, not preachy. A grounded series that gives people real tools for managing stress, protecting energy, and working sustainably—without the wellness fluff.
Wellbeing isn't just about yoga and fruit bowls. It's about having the skills and support to work sustainably—especially when things get busy. This series focuses on practical, evidence-based tools that people can actually use in their real working lives.
The tone is supportive, calm, and empowering—not preachy or performative. Each module stands alone but together they create a comprehensive foundation for sustainable work.
Across all 4 modules:
Practical wellbeing skills:
Each module combines brief input with reflection, discussion, and practical exercises. Participants leave with personal plans, not just information. The activities are designed to feel supportive rather than exposing—people share only what they're comfortable with.
Run the modules weekly or fortnightly. Each builds on the last but also works independently.
Teams experiencing high workload or change, organisations building a wellbeing culture, managers wanting to support their team's mental health, or anyone who wants practical tools for sustainable work.
What's included
Recognising early signs, understanding the body's stress response, healthy vs unhealthy coping strategies, and building a sustainable plan—not a quick fix.
Participants map their personal stress patterns and warning signs, then explore the science of how stress affects the body and mind. Through reflection exercises and peer discussion, they identify their current coping strategies (healthy and unhealthy) and build a realistic, personalised stress management plan they can actually stick to.
They'll learn:Creating a workspace that supports focus, micro-breaks and energy resets, rituals that protect headspace, and maintaining wellbeing during busy periods.
Participants audit their current work environment and daily rhythms, identifying what's draining versus sustaining their energy. They'll learn practical techniques for micro-breaks, workspace setup, and protective rituals—then design a personal "energy plan" with small, realistic changes that fit their actual working life.
They'll learn:Saying what you need without overexplaining, assertive but kind communication, and boundary-setting that protects time and energy.
Participants practice assertive communication through realistic scenarios—saying no, pushing back on unrealistic demands, asking for what they need. They'll learn frameworks for setting boundaries that protect their time and energy without damaging relationships or seeming difficult.
They'll learn:Understanding digital fatigue, building resilience through support (not strain), practical productivity tactics, and working smarter instead of longer.
Participants explore a modern understanding of resilience (it's about support, not toughness), audit their digital habits, and learn practical productivity approaches that protect energy. The module challenges the "always available" culture and provides tools for working smarter without working longer.
They'll learn:Take it further
