About this workshop

Feedback Lab tackles one of the most common workplace challenges: giving and receiving feedback well. Through structured practice and proven frameworks, participants build the confidence to have honest conversations that improve performance and strengthen relationships.

This isn't death-by-theory. It's real practice with real scenarios and immediate, actionable feedback on technique.

How it works

Participants learn a simple framework, then immediately practice applying it to realistic scenarios. They work in pairs and triads, taking turns giving, receiving, and observing feedback. Each round includes structured reflection and improvement.

By the end, the framework feels natural—not scripted—and participants have practiced enough to feel confident using it for real.
